A few tips against heartburn
Heartburn seems to be a big problem lately as we just hear something about it in the media and many people are suffering from it.There could be medical reasons for heartburn but mostly changing a few habits will get rid of your heartburn for good.
Don’t eat anything greasy for dinner, don’t drink alcohol in the evening or coffee, don’t smoke. Drink one big glass of lukewarm water before any meal. This dilutes the gastric acid in your stomach, therefore you will not experience heartburn.
