A great remedy for colds: chicken broth home made

The best remedy for colds is and has been a good chicken soup. Of course, it needs to be home made. It is also quite simple to make and it’s for all these people who have never done this before and here is the recipe.
Take some greens for the soup, like parsley, leek, carrots and salt. Sauté in a bit of oil. Take one full chicken and put in the pot and cover with water so that the chicken is all “under water”. Add some salt, a few pepper corns and one to two halves of tomatoes and let it cook for about 2 hours. Take out the full chicken and let it cool. Put the broth through a sieve and put it in another pot. Taste and add some salt, pepper and whatever else you like. You can also add some instant broth if wanted. Take off the skin from the cooled off chicken and take the meat off the bones. Cut the chicken meat in small pieces and put into the soup. If you like you can add soup noodles.
If you have a cold – eat a bowl of this soup a few times a day. After this you will feel much better.
