A list of your medication - put it on a business card for keeps

My husband takes a lot of different medications and sees doctors quite a bit. And they always ask what kind of medication he takes so I had a great idea.
I wrote all his medication on an excel spreadsheet, what he takes, when and how many. Then I printed it out and also on the back side I put on our address, phone number and allergies. I put it on a business size card and he keeps a few in his wallet - so whenever he has to see a new specialist or something, he will always have his medication written out and can give the "business card" to the doctor which is very easy and less time consuming.

If you want to be fancy, you can also laminate the business cards.
