Recipe: Aubergine-mincemeat-pan

For 2-3 persons you need:

500 g mincemeat
1 big aubergine
salt, pepper
3-4 tbsp oregano
olive oil

for the sauce:
1 pot yoghurt
1/2 pot sour cream
100 g feta cheese
some lemon juice

Flavour the mincemeat with salt and pepper and cut the aubergine in dice. First give the cut aubergine then the mincemeat in a pan with hot olive oil. Mix it with oregano. The pan is ready when the aubergine is roasted gently and the meat well-done.

For the sauce: Mix the yoghurt with the sour cream and the feta cheese. Flavour it with lemon juice.
Serve the sauce in a extra bowl.
