Recipe: Black and white Christmas cookies
2 1/2 cups of flour3/4 cup sugar
1 package vanilla sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 cup butter
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of milk
Put flour, sugar and vanilla sugar on counter top. Put the egg in the middle, cut the cutter in small pieces and spread over the mixture and then spread the salt over it as well. Take a big knife and cut the mixture in small pieces, then use your hands and knead the dough into one big ball, cut in 2 parts.
Take one part and add the cocoa and milk.
Then roll out the light dough in a rectangular shape, then roll out the dark dough into the same shape and put it on the light dough. Then roll them up into a long roll, put that roll in the freezer for a while, then take it out and cut slides which then get put on a cookie sheet (greased) and you bake them for about 12-15 minutes at 350 F.
They are delicious.
