Cabbage - made easy for cabbage rolls

My family and I love cabbage rolls, however, it's a bit of work, especially when you want to get the leaves off from the cabbage which is not always easy, either they break or are not coming off, etc.

Now I have discovered another method which is much easier:
Wrap the whole cabbage in a damp kitchen cloth and put for 1-2 minutes into the microwave. Take it out of the microwave, unwrap the cabbage and the leaves come off very easily. Keep going like this until all leaves are lose. Then you can continue to put the filling in etc. It works so much better than boiling the whole cabbage in a pot for some time.
