Recipe: Cold Dog

You need:

250g coconut oil
2 eggs
little bit of salt
150g powdered sugar
4 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp instant coffee powder (decaffeinated)
1 package shortbread biscuits

Melt the coconut oil and let it cool down. Mix eggs, powdered sugar and salt and whisk it foamily. First stir in the cacao and coffee powder, then the coconut oil. Lay a cake tin out with clingfilm. Now work in layers: chocolate cream, biscuits, chocolate cream, biscuits....
Put the "cold dog" in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours.
