Easy Peasy Shopping List
(This is such a simple idea, I don't know why I never see anyone else doing it)Keep a "Post-It" pad in the kitchen. Write stuff on it that you need to buy. Peel of the list, take it to the supermarket and STICK IT ON THE TROLLEY HANDLE - so you can check it as you go round, keeping two hands free.
