Recipe: Easy cheese sauce
Don't bother making a roux sauce!For 1/2 pint of sauce blend 1 Tablespoon of cornflour with 1/4 pint of milk. When smooth add the rest of the milk and stir over a low/medium heat until thickened. Add cheese to taste and stir in. To make the sauce even tastier add 1/2 TEASPOON of ready made mustard. This gives the sauce extra kick and enables you to use less or cheaper milder cheese.
