Freezing eggs - no problem
Did you know that you can even freeze eggs? Separate the egg white from the egg yolk and then put it separately in an ice cube tray and freeze it. Especially during the Christmas baking season, this is quite practical. Once the egg whites and egg yolks are frozen, you can also put them in a ziploc bag to make room for ice cubes again.Leave a comment
