Recipe: French Kiss

You need:

350g deep-frozen raspberries
500g curd cheese
some milk
400ml cream
vanilla sugar
sugar
brown rock candy

Do the frozen raspberries in a glass bowl and cover them with 2-3 tbsp sugar. Mix the cream with 2 packs vanilla sugar and whip it.
Mix the curd cheese with some milk and stir until it's smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.
Cover the raspberries with this cream and do some rock candy on the cream. Put it in the fridge for ca. 4 hours.

Tastes heavenly and is easy to make!
