For the dough you need the following ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
a pinch of salt

Put everything together on a clean counter or workspace, mix it up and knead with your hands until it forms a nice dough. Roll out the dough(1/4 inch thick) and put in a baking pan, then put aside.

Now to the filling you need these ingredients:
1/4 cup of butter (unsalted)
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
3 1/4 cups of Quark (it's like sour cream, just firmer and you can get it in most grocery stores)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons of flour

Put butter sugar and egg yolks in a mixer and beat. Then beat the egg whites in another bowl and put aside. Add
the lemon juice, the sour cream, quark, and flour and the last to add are the egg whites. Mix all together and then put this filling into the baking pan with the dough in it.
Bake at 350F for an hour. After about 40 minutes in the oven - put some egg yolk wash on with a brush, so it will turn out golden brown. Then let it bake for another 20 minutes. It's done and tastes delicious. If you like you can serve it with whipping cream.
