Recipe: Great Omelette Recipe
4 to 6 eggsgrated cheese (amount as you like it)
Fresh herbs etc. garlic chives, parsley
6x sliced mushrooms
Sliced Bacon, chicken, tuna (from your local deli what ever you fancy)
Milk as required and mix well (skim or low fat milk)
Few drops of avocado oil (infused with chilli and bell peppers) or a similar product to really add some Zing.
NO NEED TO ADD SALT.
Place in frying pan (oil pan) allow base to bake and then finish off by placing under grill to brown. This is enough for two to three people.
