How to keep meats and sausages warm

This only works for non-coated meats.
You need a stainless steel pan. Fill this half with water and put on the stove. The water should almost boil, simmer it. Now you take a cutting board and wrap aluminum foil around it or you can also use a lid upside down, which fits in this pan and also cover it with aluminum foil and put it on the pan.
Put the meat on this cutting board or lid and cover it with foil. The meat stays nice and warm and does not dry out.
