Lose weight and keep your hunger in check

If you change your diet and you are always used to eating, you will have problems with being hungry at first. Don't get me wrong, eat when you are hungry, but understand that you cannot be hungry all day long. A few little tricks can help:

Just pay attention to those few things:
1. Even though fruit is low in calories, don't eat it as it is high in sugar and your insulin could go up
2. Don't use artificial sweetener as those do the same
3. Eat more rye breads, veggies, and grains
4. Eat more protein, proteins keep you full longer: cottage cheese, butter milk, turkey, chicken, fish
5. Use foods with a low glycemic index, then your blood sugar level won't go up as fast (whole wheat and rye
breads, veggies, fruit, beans)
6. Drink lots of water, eat slow
