Losing weight - made easy

Especially after Christmas you see lots of different diets out there - most of them are useless though.

Losing weight starts in your head and I did the following which really helped me:

I bought myself a small notebook and write down all the stuff I eat during the day (if you are a computer person you can also write it down there). You have to be totally honest with yourself though, even put down the smallest things like a piece of chocolate, or a candy, gum or other "ghost calories".

Use products with less fat content, like get a yogurt with 1% fat instead of 3% fat as it fills you up just as much.

Just also watch the labels on products, reduce fat, sodium and sugar and it will definitely help you to lose weight and keep it off.

Once you read what you wrote down, you will see all the "ghost calories" which are totally unnecessary.
