Marinade for steaks
Marinade for great steaks
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
minced garlic 3 cloves
1 touch of brown sugar
Mix it all up – put in Ziploc back, put steak in and shake, leave in the bag for a few hours or overnight.
Brush off garlic cloves and then put on BBQ or pan, it tastes delicious.
