Recipe: Nugat cookies for Christmas
Nugat cookies1/2 cup of unsalted butter
2 100g Nougat chocolate bars (Ritter Sport)
2 eggs
1 package of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
half a dark chocolate bar
Mix all ingredients together in a mixer, make sure the 2 nougat chocolate bars are softened a bit in the microwave. After everything is mixed, take a bit from the dough into your hands and make a small roll, not too long, then make it into a moonshape and put it on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 350 F.
Take cookies out after baked. Boil some water, put a metal bowl into the pot of boiling water and melt the dark chocolate in the dry bowl. Once this is melted, dip the cookies in the melted chocolate on each
side. Enjoy, they are easy and delicious.
