Pizza - crispy again: warming it up in a teflon pan

I ordered a pizza the other day. I had lots of left over so I kept it for the next day. I wanted to warm it up but if you heat it up in the microwave, it won't be crispy at all. So I tried the following:

I used a teflon frying pan, heat up the stove medium to high, put in the pizza and added one tablespoon of water. I put on a lid and cooked/baked it for 10 minutes or so. And after that it was done. The dough was crispy again, the topping nice and juicy and it tasted the same when I got the pizza on the first day.
