Recipe: carrots, made the Spanish way

I am always trying to make vegetable dishes which appeal to all members of my family as it is not easy to come up with new dishes.
You need 2 cups of carrots (this serves 4 people), olive oil, 3 garlic cloves, and salt.
Cut the garlic in slices, clean the carrots and also slice them. Put some oil in a frying pan and heat it up (make sure it does not get too hot, it should not smoke).
Put the garlic and salt into the frying pan. Once the garlic is slightly golden yellow, add the carrot slice and fry a bit without a lid. Turn them a few times, so that nothing burns. Then sauté with a lid on, you might have to add some water to do that. Done and it really tastes great.
