Recipe: Apples with cinnamon
I was in the search for a healthy desert or snack which you can eat in between and I got this idea. This is quick, simple and tastes really good:Cut up some apples and slice thinly. Put in a pan (without oil or fat) and fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Then put on a place and sprinkle with cinnamon.
The apples get sweeter through the frying in the pan, however, you can add some extra sugar if you like.
I love this snack and it tastes better than just eating an apple.
