Recipe: Home made chocolate liqueur

Ingredients:
500 ml milk
2 packages vanilla sugar
100 g dark chocolate (1 chocolate bar)
500 g icing sugar
125 ml coffee
500 ml alcohol (higher percentage)
3 tablespoons cream

Boil the milk with the vanilla sugar, then make small pieces of the chocolate and add to the hot milk until the chocolate dissolves. Add the icing sugar, then let everything cool down.

Then add the alcohol, the cream and the coffee. Mix. Pour the chocolate liqueur into a nice bottle and let it sit for a few days.
Enjoy, it is delicious.
