Recipe: Russian Hot Chocolate

In our house we had this in the winter time as a dessert , however, it is a drink, but quite high in calories.

Ingredients for 4 portions:

1/2 L Milk
1/2 L whipping cream
150 g dark chocolate
2 tblsp. honey
4 shot glasses of Vodka

Bring the milk and whip cream to a boil and then add the chocolate and honey which will melt in. Pour in glasses or cups and add the Vodka. If you want to be a bit more fancy, add some whip cream and sprinkle some cocoa powder on it.
It also tastes great without the Vodka, if you would like to make it for the kids.
