Recipe: favourite breakfast
This is a great breakfast recipe - especially on a Saturday or Sunday morning when you have a bit more time. It's really delicious.This is what you need:
1 roll or bread (anything you like)
clove of garlic
olive oil
tomatoes
zucchini
mushrooms
soft cheese like Brie
basil
salt and pepper
Put the slice of bread or roll in a hot pan and toast it until crispy (do not use any oil). In the meantime cut up all the veggies. Once the bread is golden brown, take it out, cut the garlic clove in half and rub it over the bread or roll. Fry the veggies with a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Put everything on the roll and cheese and basil on top. If you like, you can also fry an egg and put that on the top as well.
Best to eat with knife and fork. Yummy.
