Recipe: potato salad as it is made in Southern Germany
Per person take 2-4 potatoes, best ones are the Yukon Gold small to medium in sizeSlice onions: max. half an onion for 4 people
Hot chicken stock, a bit more concentrated so if you made soup, just take less water
Add a little bit of mustard into the broth, the salad will have more taste
½ - 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon oil per person
Peel the potatoes, cut in slices (by hand), add a little bit of salt, pepper by taste.
Put salt, pepper and vinegar over the peeled potatoes.
Then pour the hot chicken broth and oil over the potatoes. The salad is supposed to be a bit more liquid as the sauce will be soaked up by the potatoes.
