Small chip on a glass - smoothen it out with sandpaper

This can happen quite easily, you place the glass in the dishwasher and you bang it against something - there, you have a chip in the glass. It does not only look awful, but it can also be dangerous drinking from it now with being chipped.

You can repair this quite easily, just take a small piece of soft sandpaper and sand off the chip and make it smooth again.

Remember though, this can only be done when you have small chips, and you won't have to through out a nice or expensive glass at all.
