Stand in your kitchen for a long time without getting back pain
I am entertaining once in a while and expect some guests, so I have to prepare in the kitchen for quite some time.If I have to stand in my kitchen for a longer time, my back really gets sore and I can’t do anything sitting down as this won’t work.
I have a little stool in my kitchen which I will put close to the bottom of my cabinet and this way I can put one leg on it, rotating once in a while. This way my back is not as strained and I am more relaxed standing this way. If you don’t have a stool, then you can also use a big pot upside down.
I got this tip from a physiotherapist and it really works well.
