Steaks - tips
We sure love eating steaks and not just in the summer time.Meat stays juicy when you fry it, but first put it for a few seconds in boiling water, take it out, and dry it with a paper towel. Then fry in the pan, the juices stay inside the steak.
For beef it's better to be darker - the meat that is, however, for pork, it is better tasting when it's lighter in colour.
You can keep fried meat in the oven at around 100 F to keep it warm. However, wrap it in aluminum foil as it won't dry out this way.
