Store cut up avocados without them getting brown

If you cut up too many avocados than you needed you can store them now for up to two days. Put them in a bowl of water (the cut up part down) and add some lemon juice into the water.

This way they still look fresh and green when you use them the next time. And they still taste delicious too.
