Recipe: The best chilli ever

Remember, curry and chilli always taste better the next day - so don't worry about freezing some, or putting it in the fridge overnight...
There is a lot of ingredients, but it is very simple!

Stage 1:
1 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic - chopped
500g beef (or quorn mince if you're veggie)
1 onion - chopped
1 green pepper - chopped

Stage 2:
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp corriander
1 tsp caynne pepper or chilli powder (add more to taste)
1 tablespoon cocoa (NOT hot chocolate, cocoa powder, ie no sugar in it!)
1-2 beef stock cubes (or vegitarian ones)
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp brown sugar

Stage 3:
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can sweetcorn
1 can kidney beans (small size)
1 can baked beans

Right...
Stage 1
Heat up the oil in the pan and, once hot, chuck stage 1 ingredients into the pan. Stir them round until the beef starts to go brown.

Stage 2
Chuck the next lot of stuff in - herbs and spices mainly. Coat everything in this.

Stage 3
Now empty all these cans into the pan. Stir it up and let it simmer for at least 30 mins, the longer the better - but keep an eye on it if you're leaving it for over an hour, if there is not enough liquid it will stick, so add some water and maybe a little stock if it looks like there is not much liquid in there

Done! Serve with rice and maybe some ketchup. Or guacamole, if you're feeling adventurous....
