Tips against migraines
As many other people, I suffer from migraines since my youth. I am always trying to not use many drugs or at least try to take fewer, I am always trying new things. I have found a few things that worked. As soon as I notice that a migraine is coming on, this is what I do.Prepare a big cup with black tea and lots of tannic acid. I take one tablespoon for the cup and one to two tablespoons for the 1.5 litre pot. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then pour. After that, and this is really important, add 2 teaspoons of sugar and per 1/4 litre half a lemon. Drink this as hot as possible and it should not be luke warm.
That's what I try first when a migraine comes on and mostly this works. I do this until the migraine is gone. This way you don't need to take any medication. You have to add sugar and lemon to it so that it tastes very good to you. Take a magnesium pill after and you will feel much better as this helps too.
