Unusual uses for nylons

If you want to extract some juice from berries or you need dry fresh herbs, use a (new) nylon stocking!

You put, let's say the berries, inside one foot of the nylons. Then you press it tightly over a bowl and all the little bits and kernels will remain inside the stocking, the juice flows out.

Proceed likewise with herbs. You wash and put them into the nylons, and press. All the water comes out, you can take the herbs out. They are almost dry now and can flavour your meals.

Well, I also know the use for nylons when you intend to rob a bank ... but that's another story!
