Recipe: Yummy Cheese On Toast
To make 2 slices. Toast both sides of the bread very lightly. Mix grated, strong cheese with one egg and a dash of mustard. (Add chopped grilled bacon and/or Tabasco if you like), and spread on the bread right up to the edges.Grill under a moderate grill until browned. DELICIOUS!
